Our experience started off rocky with a missed airport transfer, which put a damper on our arrival in Bali. However, once we reached the resort, we enjoyed a beautiful and tranquil environment perfect for relaxation. The private pool villa was lovely, and the dining was generally good, with the staff showing genuine care for our experience. The value for money could be better given the hiccup with the transfer, yet the overall ambiance and activities made up for it.
